Stephen Lindsay 

Co-founder and Partner

Stephen is enjoying over two decades of distributing, producing and presenting touring productions throughout North America. As the co-owner and primary sales agent at The Road Company, he directly books all First National tours and oversees all of the touring product the company represents. In addition to Broadway touring product, Stephen has been successful in booking family attractions, one-person shows, symphony orchestras, traditional and modern dance & music companies and world-class magic into venues around the world. He is a proud alumnus of Syracuse University where he graduated with a degree in Music Performance.

Shawn Z. Willett 

Chief Operating Officer

Shawn facilitates the negotiation and execution of the booking contracts managed by The Road Company. Previous New York experience includes two years managing the grant programs of a private foundation supporting not for profit theatre. In addition, Shawn was an assistant at a commercial general management firm and company managed two Off-Broadway productions. Originally from Florida, Shawn graduated from Florida State University and moved to New York in 1996.

Brett Sirota 

Co-founder and Partner

Brett oversees all operational aspects of The Road Company, including finances, technology and legal matters. Brett has more than 25 years of experience in theatrical booking, plus additional background in company and general management as well as arts administration. He is also an attorney (retired!). Brett hails from Baltimore, MD and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Gracie Lewis 

Agent

Gracie started her career at Suskin Management where she worked with TV, film, and theater actors, and then worked in promotional strategy at Nickelodeon for more than five years. She grew up pretty much everywhere--NYC, Connecticut, LA, Iowa, and upstate New York--and returned to her roots in NYC when she graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2015. Gracie is a lifelong lover of theater and is beyond thrilled to be joining The Road Company as an agent.

Quinn Wasson 

Agent

Quinn brings with him a decade of experience across music, tech, and television. He began his career at Viacom in marketing and brand strategy before joining Spotify, where he worked alongside artists and talent for six years. A proud Kansas native, he grew up in a household where the Tonys were the Super Bowl and Fosse was king, then moved to New York City to attend Pace University and see every show he could. He's excited to complete his inevitable journey to theater at The Road Company.

Shane Parksmith 

Operations Manager

Before joining The Road Company in 2019, Shane worked in general management for international productions and  then supervised shows on tour, Off-Broadway, and in Las Vegas. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s in Music Composition and earned an MFA in Musical Theater Writing from New York University. After a decade in Brooklyn, he now lives in Baltimore with his wonderful wife and cuddly dog.

AnaBella Kalish 

Operations Specialist

AnaBella is a New York City native with a lifelong passion for theater. She recently graduated from Syracuse University's College of Visual and Performing Arts, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Theater Management. Throughout her time at Syracuse, AnaBella gained experience working in various areas of the industry, both on Broadway and in regional theater. She is excited to be back in her hometown of NYC and thrilled to be a part of The Road Company.

Emma DiMaio

Booking Manager

Following her graduation from High Point University with degrees in Music, Journalism, and Theater, Emma spent five years in the Nashville music industry. Ultimately landing in the Theatrical Touring Department at William Morris Endeavor, she supported events for clients like Bernadette Peters, Riverdance, Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles, and more. Her background in the music industry and deep-rooted passion for theater gives her a well-rounded perspective on the intersection of creative and logistical needs, making her a trusted partner for both artists and venues.

Since returning to the Northeast for the first time since 2019, the New Jersey native joins The Road Company for what has proven to be an incredible capstone to the transition.
